WINE ROAD TWO LAKES

View of the gorgeous green carpet of Imotsko polje (Imotski valley) is a real eye candy, containing mostly plantation vineyards. Here you can get to know Kujunđuša, a sort of unknown origin, but as it is prevalent in Imotski vineyards it is considered indigenous sort of this region. Locals call it “Empress and a Saint”.

Beside the story about indigenous sorts, there are many legends and stories about the Blue and Red lake, the most famous being “Hasanaginica” – one of the most beautiful balad ever written, which is translated on many languages worldwide.
