Vrbnička žlahtina, indigenous sort of white grapes from Krk and Vinodol, is cultivated in limited amounts in vineyards on island Krk, not far from glagoljaškog city Vrbnik.
The name žlahtina (means noble on old croatian language) resembles the names of a number of white and rose sorts cultivated in continental vineyards, but its not sure if there is a connection. Light and refreshing, it will surprise you not only in a glass, but also in a culinary fashion. Žlahtina is used in making deserts, main meals and even soups and ice creams.
Note: Price is dependant on the number of people applied.
